Overview

Hyland’s Arnica 30x is an excellent choice for relieving both daily pain and minor injury. Our pain relief formula helps you recover from injuries faster. You can even take it before physical activity to reduce pain later on.

Information on dosage

Adults and children over the age of 12 should dissolve 1-2 tablets under their tongue every 4 hours. If the first dose does not provide relief, dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue every 15 minutes for a total of 6 doses.

Children aged 6 to 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue every 4 hours. If the first dose does not provide relief, dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue every 15 minutes for a total of 6 doses.
